Long stay guests
We can accommodate long stay guests; with attractive reduced rates. You still have use of the Breakfast Room and facilities, the only difference being that your room will be cleaned, and your bed linen and towels changed weekly.
Payment is required in advance to secure your dates and there is a 28 night (4 weeks) minimum length of stay required to qualify for the reduced rate.

- Central heating
- Weekly room clean, bed linen and towels changed.
- Free off road private parking
- Shared Breakfast room, open 24 hours with access to personal locker for own food items.
- Daily complimentary breakfast
- Hostess tray in all rooms
- Free Wifi
- All rooms en-suite shower rooms
Long Let Payment terms:
- A pre-payment of the total amount of the first 4 week’s stay (28 nights) is required to reserve a room.
- On going 4-weekly payments per room are due 28 days in advance.
- Acceptable payment methods are cash, bank transfer or card payment (1.5% surcharge)
- Our long let cancellation policy is 28 days. Should a long let be cancelled within the first 28 days, we will endeavour to re-let the rooms and will refund each night that we have bookings for.
